Program description
Innovative Computer Solutions, Inc. (“ICS”), maker of WinePOS and WineCommerce, offers text messaging to prospects and customers. By opting in through a phone call, email, in person, or by texting us first, you agree to receive SMS messages from ICS. These may include:
– Conversations with our Sales, Account Management, Support, and Professional Services teams
– Product information, demo scheduling, quotes, and proposal follow ups
– Occasional promotional offers related to WinePOS, WineCommerce, and payment processing
– Support case updates and resolution notices
– Appointment, installation, and training reminders
– Service, maintenance, and outage notifications
– Account and billing notifications
Most messages are sent personally by members of our team. Some reminders and notifications may be sent automatically.
