Our humble origins
Headquartered in Manasquan, NJ, we began WinePOS because of the personal connection our founders had to wine and liquor stores, and the belief that these often family run businesses didn’t need to struggle anymore with the day to day challenges of running a shop.
That’s why we built WinePOS, to deliver you the best solutions the market has to offer.
WinePOS now serves liquor stores across the United States in over 38 states by helping customers grow and simplifying their operational challenges, year after year.

1980
Innovative Computer Solutions is founded
1981
First iteration of WinePOS application designed and first customer signed.
1993
WinePOS signs the largest liquor store in the country with 18+ registers.
2001
Vision, our second iteration of WinePOS application is launched and installed at the first retailer.
2008-2015
Launched Integrated Payment Gateway, Quickbooks Integration, and EMV capabilities.
2017
Acquired by Jonas Software, an operating group of Constellation Software, Inc. (CSI).
2019
Launched Docupiler add-on that automates purchase order data entry.
2024
Launched WinePOS Payments solution suite.
