How do we know these facts?

When a potential customer calls us to talk about our system and they are using "another" system, one issue is always at the top of their list; the service from their current vendor is far from acceptable. Most often, they hear about ICS from another satisfied retailer.

We are not perfect. However, we offer our customers the ability to, at least, speak to someone when they need to. We may not be able to solve every problem at once, but we work on the problem until it is resolved. Now, with Robust Register, after-hours support calls are quickly disappearing.
