New Jersey Retailers - Be Warned

Plunder and Pillage

The State of NJ wants your money. Now more than ever, the state has demonstrated that they will do anything they can to get money that does not belong to them.

When you sell a gift card, and the gift card has any unused value after two years, the state can now lay claim to those monies. Personally, this infuriates me. While our lawmaker(s) can “make” laws, do they not have any common sense or even a shred of human decency?

This new law is outright and blatant stealing.

New Jersey retailers - it is truly time to collectively rise up and force the repeal of this outrageously unjust law.
